1. Order Cancellation
Orders can be cancelled before the product is shipped.
Once the order has been shipped, cancellation requests may not be accepted.
To cancel an order, please contact our support team immediately with your order number.
2. Return Policy
If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return within 2 days of receiving the product.
The product must meet the following conditions to be eligible for return:
- The device must be unused and undamaged
- No scratches, dents, or physical damage
- Product must be returned with all original accessories and packaging
- Invoice or proof of purchase must be provided
Returns that do not meet these conditions may be rejected.
3. 7-Day Checking Warranty
All devices come with a 7-day checking warranty.
If the device is found to be faulty within 7 days, we will provide a replacement, provided that:
- The device has no physical damage
- The product has not been opened or tampered with
- All accessories and packaging are intact
4. Refund Policy
If a return is approved, a partial refund may be issued after deducting a restocking fee.
Refunds will be processed after the returned product is inspected and approved.
Refund processing time may take 5–10 business days depending on the payment method and bank processing time.
5. Non-Returnable Situations
Returns or refunds will not be accepted in the following cases:
- Physical damage after delivery
- Water damage
- Device opened or tampered with
- Missing accessories or packaging
- Cosmetic imperfections such as scratches or marks on refurbished devices
