1. Warranty Coverage
    The device comes with a 3-month warranty for battery and hardware from the date of purchase.
  2. Physical Damage
    The warranty does not cover any physical damage, water damage, or dead mobile devices.

  4. Warranty Type
    These devices are Non-Apple Warranty Devices.
  5. Acceptance of Apple Terms
    Use of the iPhone constitutes acceptance of Apple’s terms and conditions provided in the original iPhone box.
  6. Hardware Guarantee
    All hardware is guaranteed against defects in materials and workmanship for one (1) month from the date of purchase (invoice date).
    • This guarantee does not cover cosmetic imperfections such as scratches, marks, or discoloration on refurbished products.
    • If hardware is repaired or replaced under this guarantee, the repaired/replaced hardware will be covered for the remaining warranty period or 90 days from the repair/replacement date, whichever is longer.
    • If hardware defects occur, required parts and labour will be provided to restore proper functionality under the warranty terms.
  7. 7-Day Checking Warranty
    Customers receive a 7-day checking warranty. If the device is found faulty within this period, it may be replaced only if the device has no dents, scratches, or physical damage.
  8. Return Policy
    If you are not fully satisfied with your iPhone purchase, you may return the undamaged device within 2 days of purchase for a partial refund, subject to a restocking fee.
